FAQ

At StorMaster Self Storage, our main focus is customer satisfaction. Please use this information to find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. We understand that the information listed on this page is limited. We encourage you to contact us for more information.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 5-day written notice prior to the last day of any month before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leases, so you don't have to worry about a long-term contract. You can also inquire about our pre-pay plans as they offer savings for long-term customers.
When can I access my unit?
Access to your unit is every day from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. This includes holidays.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made at the facility during office hours or through the drop slot after hours. You can also pay online, by mail, or have your payment automatically charged to your credit or debit card. We encourage flexibility. Please contact a manager for details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.
Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facilities?
Yes. We offer a full line of boxes and packing supplies.
Do you offer a mover?
We do not offer a mover. We are constantly forming professional relationships with local movers and we might be able to recommend someone. However, if you are a do-it-yourself mover, we do rent Budget trucks and equipment! Please contact a manager for more details.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have storage units available from 25 square feet up to 300 square feet, to suit both residential and commercial storage needs. Feel free to navigate to the reservations page and browse the "Sizes" list. Every unit shown is "live" as of the time you first accessed the webpage.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
You are welcome to use our space estimator and size guide pages as tools to help you get a good estimate of the space you will need. However, finding the right unit for your needs and usage is best done by contacting one of our self storage professionals. Please call us for more details.
